Job description

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operations management and team development? Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an A+ BBB Accredited full-service Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) firm in Earth City, Missouri, is looking for a full-time Collection Manager to join our growing team!


At CSI, we partner with some of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the U.S. We need a strategic, highly motivated professional who can enhance operational performance, develop talent, drive revenue and foster strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of collectors to achieve performance goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients to enhance business growth.
  • Analyze internal reports and operational data to evaluate team performance and improve current strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure productivity targets are met by implementing efficient processes.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to collectors, including preparing settlement letters, faxing documents, and managing auto-dialer assignments.
  • Handle escalated manager calls and resolve issues in the best interest of the company and clients.
  • Engage with consumers via phone to recover overdue payments and assess reasons for delinquency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts, including communication records and payment commitments.
  • Meet and exceed revenue expectations, quotas, and production standards.
  • Support and develop a large team in a fast-paced environment, including career growth planning and problem resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven success in collections and team management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of FDCPA regulations and other legal aspects of collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
