Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to ensure consistent quality across processes, branches, programs and customers by developing standardized practices and systems. You will validate those processes, maintain core KPIs, and drive operational improvements with data-driven decisions.

This role requires leading cross-functional teams, effective communication with customers and auditors, and coordinating quality initiatives while traveling up to 30% to support programs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt required; LEAN experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Experience in Telecommunications and/or Cable Industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline performance and drive operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against customer requirements.
• Lead internal/external meetings and interface with customers.
• Report program performance and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Quality, Billing).
• Identify deficiencies and implement improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain a Quality Management System.
• Interact with auditors and customers at all levels.
• Support escalation process to resolve issues.
• Regularly meet Quality and Operations/Business managers to drive improvements.
• Perform other Quality Manager duties.
• Travel up to 30%.
