Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to ensure consistent quality across processes, branches and programs by implementing standardized practices and systems. You will drive performance metrics, lead investigations, and coordinate with Operations, IT and Quality to improve overall efficiency.

This role requires Six Sigma Green Belt or LEAN experience, 10+ years in warehouse operations management, and a Bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 30% is expected. CTDI offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Determine baseline performance and drive operational excellence plans.
• Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations.
• Lead meetings with customers and internal teams; report program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional work streams (Operations, IT, Quality, Billing).
• Identify and implement process and product improvements; drive CAPAs.
