Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are received and submitted in ERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods.
• Manage account portfolio, revise POs, track delivery dates, adjust prices.
• Process sales returns and maintain data integrity.
• Review price adjustment chargebacks with finance and Sales.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Generate reports on open, shipped, and aged orders.
• Establish and document business processes and project structures.
