Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in Operations Management and/or Project Management.
• Experience in employee health & welfare or retirement benefits preferred.
• Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and agendas; create PowerPoint decks; organize deliverables.
• Take detailed notes; create meeting highlights; track actions and follow‑ups.
• Support sales origination by identifying engagement opportunities and driving prospect activity.
• Manage calendars; coordinate light travel; plan and coordinate internal/client webinars and events.
• Audit reports and operational data in Salesforce; ensure data accuracy; create financial summaries.
• Proofread and edit documents; identify efficiencies; manage time and priorities.
