Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives; multi-site facility services or high-volume service industry preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, vendors, and matrixed teams.
• English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and requirements for project requests and establish scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with operations, finance, HR, IT, safety, and other groups.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, track action items, risks, and changes in scope; escalate as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and governance across projects and templates.
