Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project support to the Director of Service Delivery.
• Prepare performance reporting, dashboards and status updates.
• Coordinate projects, meetings and document decisions and next steps.
• Identify delays or barriers and escalate appropriately.
• Support adoption of new programs, systems and workflows.
