Job summary

BPA Health in Boise, ID is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to coordinate enterprise quality priorities and support governance, measurement and documentation. You will work with leadership to translate data into insights and drive improvement across departments.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Internal Growth & Retention and emphasizes accountability, timely dashboards, and compliant records. In-person days at Boise office are required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting or dashboard systems.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual Enterprise Quality Plan, work plan and related improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain schedules, priorities, assignments and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding quality commitments.
  • Support cross-functional quality and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Internal Growth & Retention and Integrator in executing enterprise quality priorities.
  • Coordinate the Quality Management Committee and other governance meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, meeting materials and minutes.
  • Maintain committee decisions, records and historical documentation.
  • Track action items, responsible owners and due dates through completion.
  • Compile, validate and maintain enterprise quality measures, Scorecards and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance indicators and identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate dashboard results into clear insights for leaders.
  • Prepare recurring quality reports and support development of Annual Quality Plan and Annual Quality Report.
  • Ensure quality information is accurate, timely and useful for decision-making.
  • Maintain quality plans, regulatory records and audit-supporting documentation.
  • Maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
  • Coordinate documentation for audits, accreditation, contracts and regulatory reviews.
  • Keep quality program records organized, current, accessible and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate intake, tracking and documentation of appeals, complaints, grievances and FWA referrals.
  • Monitor required timelines, communications and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare documentation for committee review, investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain complete records and protect confidential information.
  • Maintain enterprise policies, procedures, standards and related controlled documents.
  • Coordinate review, revision and approval workflows.
  • Manage version control, retention and archiving.
  • Ensure current approved documents are accessible and connected to processes.
  • Support leaders in meeting documentation standards.
