Job summary

Trinity Health in Mason City, IA seeks a full-time Project Coordinator to oversee the development, resource allocation, and implementation of department projects. The role emphasizes collaboration, organization and timely delivery of initiatives.

You will provide project and administrative support to FirstChoice operations, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to policy development, and use independent judgment to address project hurdles with integrity.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of administrative/project management experience or equivalent.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of project management and Hospital Operations, as normally obtainedthrough an Associate’s degree in HealthCare, Human Resources, Business or a related field, with two (2) to three (3) years of administrative/project management experienceor an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HealthCare, Human Resources, Business or a related field with four (4) years of administrative/project management experience in a relevant capacity is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment providing support to multiple positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrently running projects and adapt to changing deadlines, competing priorities and unexpected assignments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions within the scope of position.
• Ability to work to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to resolve problems and complete assignments accurately and promptly.
• Must possess strong analytical, qualitative, evaluative and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Skilled at using standard desktop, Windows-based applications. Proficiency with Office 365 package, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
