Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Project Manager to coordinate development, resource allocation, and implementation of department projects. You will provide project and administrative support to FirstChoice operations and initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of project management and Hospital Operations, typically through an Associate's degree and 2–3 years of admin/project management experience.
• A Bachelor's degree with 4 years of administrative/project management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, project management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to support multiple positions in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and adapt to deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making within scope of position.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and resolve problems promptly.

Description

Utilizes knowledge and skills of FirstChoice operations, coordinate the development, resource allocation and implementation of various projects within the department. Provides project/administrative support to FirstChoice departmental operations and initiatives. Identifies opportunities for improvements and involves the appropriate stakeholders. Contributes to the development of departmental policies and procedures. Utilizes independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address project hurdles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of project management and Hospital Operations , as normally obtained through an Associate's degree in HealthCare, Human Resources, Business or a related field, with two (2) to three (3) years of administrative/project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in HealthCare, Human Resources, Business or a related field with four (4) years of administrative/project management experience in a relevant capacity is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment providing support to multiple positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrently running projects and adapt to changing deadlines, competing priorities and unexpected assignments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions within the scope of position.
• Ability to work to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to resolve problems and complete assignments accurately and promptly.
• Must possess strong analytical, qualitative, evaluative and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Skilled at using standard desktop, Windows-based applications. Proficiency with Office 365 package, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
