Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC. in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Director to lead the Enterprise PMO, shaping governance, discipline, visibility, and accountability across strategic initiatives.

The role oversees a cross-functional portfolio spanning products, technology, operations, and enterprise programs, partnering with senior leaders to align priorities and drive execution excellence. This leader will build a high-performing PMO team, establish standardized practices, and enable timely decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 8+ years in progressive project, program, portfolio, or product management, including enterprise initiatives.
• 3+ years of people leadership at Manager level or above.
• Demonstrated experience building or maturing an Enterprise PMO with governance and metrics.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, influence without authority, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously mature the Enterprise PMO with scalable governance, methodologies, processes, tools, standards, and best practices.
• Provide portfolio oversight for high-visibility initiatives across products, technology, and operations.
• Establish disciplined project lifecycle practices from intake through closure.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and functional leaders.
• Establish consistent risk, dependency, and change management practices.
• Develop meaningful project and portfolio metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate PMO processes and workflows.
• Ensure use of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies based on needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing PMO team.
• Build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
