Swoon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives under the PMO governance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. You will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to manage activities, track performance, and align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive risk management across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, resources, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
  • Track project performance and report key metrics through dashboards and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO methodology, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate requirements, technical development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Lead project reviews, stakeholder communications, and action-item tracking.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support business case development, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training on PMO tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement project management tools, templates, and best practices.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects under the governance of the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will oversee project planning, execution, budgets, resources, risks, testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

The Project Manager will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to manage project activities, track performance, communicate status, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
