Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Operations Project Manager to optimize business processes and drive operational improvements. Based in Upington, this role collaborates with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to implement strategic initiatives and improve daily operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid background in lean or Six Sigma, and at least 5 years of experience in operations or project management, with a track record of delivering measurable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or project management with an operational focus.
• Experience managing projects related to process improvement, workflow optimization, or system implementation.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets for operational initiatives.
• Analyze current operational processes and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and new strategies.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and report outcomes to management.
• Ensure adoption of new processes and provide training and support to staff.
