Placements24 is seeking a Senior Operations Lead for our Upington facility to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency improvements, and guide a capable team toward achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role with leadership.
• Strong understanding of operational principles and best practices.
• Experience with process improvement and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, fostering accountability.
• Monitor key operational metrics and report on performance to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
