Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in operational efficiency, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for process mapping and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify waste, delays or inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, throughput and resource utilization.
• Use data analysis and visualization tools to track performance and identify trends.
• Design and document new process flows, workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with department managers and staff to implement new practices.
• Monitor the effects of changes and adjust to sustain improvements.
