CSI Engineering, USA, is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead project delivery and client engagement across North America from our Houston office. The role emphasizes coordinating engineering, commissioning, and construction efforts with internal teams and external clients, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in engineering, commissioning, construction, EPC/EPCM, or technical project delivery.
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, schedules, staffing and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills; willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution plans including scope, schedule, staffing, budget, resources, milestones, and risk strategy.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure delivery against client expectations, quality, schedules, and financial goals.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, staffing, resource utilization, risks, and opportunities; report to leadership.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to Project Managers, engineers, commissioning teams, and field personnel.
• Support MEP commissioning, QA/QC, controls/BMS, TAB, testing, and project turnover activities.
• Partner with Business Development on client pursuits, proposals, scopes of work, and technical sales support.
• Participate in client meetings to understand needs, develop solutions, and define project approaches.
