PTS Advance in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead power delivery projects through full EPC/design-build cycles. You will own the project from development to closeout, managing schedule, budget, scope, and client relationships, with up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate has hands-on EPC or design-build experience, can read cost reports, write subcontracts, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Experience owning cost and schedule on EPC or design-build projects.
• Proficient in reading cost reports and explaining variances.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own project from development to closeout, managing schedule, budget, scope, and client relationships.
• Develop initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, controls, procurement, and construction.
• Lead value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Draft and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Oversee monthly financial reviews and project closeouts.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document management.
• Coordinate safety planning and incident investigations.
• Track progress and preempt issues.
• Lead post-construction activities and lessons learned.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers.
