CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Engineer to lead hardware production, testing, and acceptance of simulation training devices. You will drive project execution from planning, through assembly, to installation, coordinating with multiple departments to meet milestones.

The role requires a bachelor’s or technical degree with aerospace/electronics experience and strong communication skills. Travel to CONUS sites may be required; DoD clearance eligibility is a plus and benefits are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or technical degree in aerospace or related field with 6 years of experience.
Flight simulation hardware knowledge is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to management and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for hardware production, test, and acceptance of simulation devices.
Lead project execution from planning through TDPS and installation.
Coordinate with production, program management, finance, engineering, QA, logistics, and procurement.
Monitor schedule milestones and manage risk and issues to meet deliverables.
Develop and maintain hardware development plans and Integrated Master Schedule.
Prepare engineering change requests and manage DR/ECN processes.
