Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an Operations Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for the hardware production, test and acceptance of simulation training devices. The OPM leads project execution from planning, manufacturing, assembly and TDPS while coordinating with Production, Program Management and Engineering to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or technical degree with 6+ years of aerospace or simulation technology experience, excellent communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical College Degree with 6 years of related experience in aerospace or simulation technology.
• Flight simulation experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills including presenting information to managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware production, testing and acceptance of simulation training devices.
• Manage project execution from planning through Tear Down, Package and Ship (TDPS).
• Coordinate with Production, Program Management, Finance, Hardware Engineering and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and provide status updates and escalation as needed.
