Job summary

CAE USA in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead development and deployment of training software for C-17 ATS devices. You will design and test software, coordinate with project managers and instructors, and ensure documentation and configuration management practices align with DoD requirements.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, UNIX/Linux proficiency, and experience in a simulation environment, with the ability to work under limited supervision and provide technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or CS field; 5+ years in simulation or related field.
Proficient with UNIX/Linux environments and C/C++/FORTRAN/Ada programming languages.
Solid writing, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software applications.
Supports and installs software applications/OS and tests software.
Coordinates test and evaluation activities and documents changes to baseline.
