Responsibilities

• Leads a team with a positive attitude and drives project delivery.
• Acts as Business Owner for the SAFe lifecycle; defines Features/Epics for PI planning sessions.
• Communicates with Product Owners and engineers; adapts plans across the lifecycle as needed.
• Manages software development progress via SCCB reviews and coordinates with CM for releases.
• Understands waterfall and Agile lifecycles and accommodates changes as required.
• Leads customer-focused program activities from contract award to final device sell-off.
