Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Operations Program Associate to support team development, training, and workforce coordination in Richardson, TX. You will oversee critical operational processes, monitor performance against SLAs, and assist with governance and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes process transformation through workflow automation, risk controls, and continuous improvement, partnering with operations, tech, risk, and compliance teams to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent operational banking experience may substitute for degree requirements.
Typically 6–9 years of banking or financial services operations experience.
Experience managing complex operations processes and escalations; familiarity with risk and controls implied.

Responsibilities

Provide team development and training delivery; mentor employees across operations.
Oversee complex operational processes, review escalated transactions, and monitor SLAs.
Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on cycle time, efficiency, and automation.
Support stakeholders, coordinating with operations, tech, risk, and compliance teams.
