Collins Aerospace is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center programs with $25M-$50M annual revenue. You will manage manufacturing plans, quality standards and DoD requirements, coordinating across PM, engineering, and factory management onsite in Largo, FL.

The role requires strong experience in program execution, cost management, and EVM, with the ability to lead strategic decisions and communicate with customers at MBRs and PMRs.

Competenze

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience leading in an operations, manufacturing, program, cross‑functional, or equivalent environment
• Experience generating EACs, providing cost variance analysis, and managing risk and opportunities

Mansioni

• Total program life cycle execution from bid/proposal through development/EDM, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment
• Program planning, capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution
• Lead cost/process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate material management activities with Supply Chain
• Cost Account Manager (CAM), Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis, and presentation, understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management
• Interface with both internal and external customers at Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Gates, EACs, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and customer visits/tours
