Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies.
• 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel.
• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans.
• Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.
• Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.
• Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.
• Supports business unit level operating plans.
• Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.
• Performs production proposal activities.
• Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.
• Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.
• Works under general supervision.
