Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Mid-level Business Process Analyst to lead process development and improvement within the Paint/Coatings & Production Equipment Maintenance Team.

You will document requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive measurable process enhancements. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in lean/process methodologies are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• 3 years’ experience in project management methodologies and lean process principles.
• 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• 3 years’ experience in business professional written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Lead structured process/product meetings; prepare materials and communicate outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from process owners.
• Apply basic process, data, and application/system architecture principles.
• Influence and negotiate change; act as a change agent.
• Support strategic planning: research procedures, model workshops, and integrate initiatives.
• Plan/schedule work and contribute to programs, projects, and implementations.
• Estimate tasks and perform cost–benefit analysis.
• Coordinate reviews, assessments, and audits of process documentation as needed.
• Help develop process standards, guidelines, methods, and tools; support architectural compliance.
