Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 14+ years of related experience with BS (or 12+ with MS, 9+ with PhD).
• Active U.S. Security Clearance preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate requirements for electromagnetic systems.
• Develop advanced fusion algorithms to integrate data for mission objectives.
• Lead trade studies, modeling, and simulation to predict performance and optimize design.
• Develop and implement new modeling techniques.
• Lead development and execution of critical tests to validate designs.
• Supervise supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance.
• Provide lifecycle support to customer products and resolve complex issues.
• Assist project management with work scope, budget, and schedule reviews.
• Mentor and train entry and associate level engineers.
