Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team. The role focuses on program schedules, manufacturing plans, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient operations.

The candidate will analyze data, support KPI-driven decisions, and lead or participate in multi-project efforts while interfacing with senior leadership. Shift flexibility and relocation support are noted.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.
  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Operations Program Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!

Position Responsibilities
  • Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
  • Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
  • Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
  • Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
  • Supports business unit level operating plans
  • Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
  • Performs production proposal activities
  • Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
  • Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
  • Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
  • 3+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Previous experience with the F-15 program
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement
