Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight in Berkeley, MO seeks a mid-level Business Operations Specialist on a contract basis. You will craft metrics, visuals, and reports, lead cross-functional projects, and support senior leaders with actionable data for program success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate risk, actions, and decisions and help drive our defense and space program objectives with a focus on data integrity, visibility, and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and reporting process or project metrics.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations.
• 3+ years of experience assisting and leading teams in business processes, including baselines and projections for large projects.
• 3+ years of experience developing presentations and presenting information to management.
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst position managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and integrating programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization.
• Collect, analyze, and report project data to illustrate performance via reports and charts.
• Track program effectiveness using Earned Value Management metrics.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation and status reporting with accounting partners.
• Provide data organization and compliance for management system programs and supplier commitments.
• Support engineering data collection for proposal responses.
• Monitor and analyze program metrics and trends with leadership.
