My People Person seeks a smart, driven Business Operations Associate to work closely with firm leadership and help optimize operations at a boutique law firm. The role emphasizes learning, problem-solving, and independent contribution in a remote, professional services setting.

You will identify inefficiencies, implement repeatable processes, coordinate projects, and support marketing and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of office experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Teams/Outlook/OneDrive/Zoom helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve inefficient processes.
• Create and implement repeatable processes to avoid reinventing the wheel.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
• Support marketing efforts including social media, PR, website updates, and client reviews.
• Draft polished emails and communicate with clients.
• Research new tools, vendors, or solutions.
• Organize and delegate large projects across the team.
• Support paralegal team when coordination is needed.
• Take loosely defined requests and execute.
