Job summary

StaffGreat.com is seeking an Operations & Process Analyst to help scale and optimize its rapidly growing B2B operations. The role requires a highly detail-oriented, scrappy problem-solver with up to 5 years of experience who can design scalable processes from scratch.

You will own end-to-end onboarding workflows, coordinate across internal teams and external vendors, and develop a playbook of best practices to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a detail-oriented, analytical, or process-driven role.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment; founder experience is a plus.
• Exposure to brand creation, business registration, or domain management is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, document, and implement scalable processes and systems from the ground up.

They’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, scrappy, and creative problem-solver with up to 5 years of experience. This person should thrive in fast-paced environments, think outside the box, and enjoy building processes from scratch. This is a critical hire responsible for helping unlock a significant customer pipeline by designing and refining scalable operational systems.
