Job summary

Nen Creative in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate to run and improve the systems behind a fast-growing creative studio. You'll work closely with our Finance & Ops Lead and company leadership across recruiting, people operations, finance administration, and internal systems.

You'll own important day-to-day workflows while also helping us figure out how to make them better as we scale. This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their career who is highly organized,

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of work experience in a startup, high-growth, or builder environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute with minimal guidance.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer internal tools and systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, GitHub, Monday, and other platforms
• Own client invoicing operations, including preparing invoices, tracking receivables, following up on payments
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, insurance docs, contracts, DocuSign workflows, and other operations
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
• Support recruiting operations, including hiring plans, coordinating with recruiters, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates
• Assist with company-wide initiatives and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve internal systems
• Tackle new operational problems and help devise solutions
