Job summary

TruStage is seeking an Operations Support Professional to bridge front-line support and professional staff. You will assist with day-to-day operations, monitor trends, and troubleshoot issues.

You will lead small initiatives, coordinate with IT, analyze data, and develop efficient processes. A Lean/Six Sigma mindset is valued and hybrid work is offered.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Four to five years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in processes; handle highly escalated service issues and assist with contracted staff.
• Lead small to mid-size initiatives; manage documentation and business requirements.
• Coordinate with IT; gather data, identify trends, and improve performance.
• Plan and conduct meetings to develop operational procedures and training.
• Promote Lean/Six Sigma; drive continuous improvement across the team.
• Communicate changes; support on-site department communications.
