Job summary

TruStage is seeking an Operations Support Professional to bridge front-line support and professional staff. You will help with day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated analytical and effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of business systems and processes
• Proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision
• Ability to adapt to new situations and changes in direction
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize; manage multiple priorities
• Ability to apply sound judgment and make effective decisions
• Intermediate technical skills including MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Preferred: Annuity Product experience with business processing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Performs as a subject matter expert in various processes
• Leads small to mid-size initiatives department-wide
• Manages documentation of processes and procedures
• Provides system issue support and IT liaison coordination
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify trends and improve performance
• Conducts audits of compliance, usage, and metrics
• Investigates and resolves issues across customer/team/department
• Plans and conducts meetings to develop operational procedures and training
• Promotes positive professional image for TruStage
• Supports contracted partner management and reporting
