Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA is seeking an Operations Process Improvement Manager to lead cross-functional projects that enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve quality using Lean Six Sigma.

You will partner with stakeholders, define scope and milestones, track KPIs, and deliver dashboards while guiding change management and training to embed new processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Auto finance / captive finance industry preferred (Credit, Funding, Servicing, etc).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify and analyze inefficient processes using Lean Six Sigma methods and root-cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement solutions for long-term performance gains.
• Coordinate change management strategies, communications, and training materials.
