Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Operations Process Improvement Manager in Irvine, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that boost performance, quality, and cost efficiency, using Lean Six Sigma methods and project management best practices.

This role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments, tracking KPIs, and delivering dashboards, with a focus on sustainable, enterprise-wide gains.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Lean Six Sigma in process improvement.
• Experience in auto finance or captive finance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; White Belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process-improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify and implement process changes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; deliver dashboards and post-project reviews.
• Coordinate change management, training, and stakeholder communications.
