Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Operations Process Improvement Manager to drive cross‑functional process enhancements across the organization. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, manage multiple projects, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency and quality gains.

The role requires strong problem‑solving, excellent communication, and the ability to balance strategic goals with practical implementation, including change management and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in process improvement initiatives, with a track record of driving measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
• Experience in Auto finance / captive finance industry in areas like Credit, Funding, Collections, Servicing, or Remarketing preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification or higher preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong ability to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional process improvement projects with clear scope and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure solutions meet business and customer needs.
• Identify and analyze processes using Lean Six Sigma and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Coordinate change management, communications, and training for new processes.
• Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and deliver dashboards and post-project lookbacks.
