Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence and business growth in Irvine, CA. The role partners with cross-functional executives to align initiatives with company strategy through data-driven insights and performance management.

The candidate will own an IT Services portfolio cataloging system, lead cost-benefit analyses, and mentor teams to optimize processes while supporting enterprise-level programs and workshops.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, process optimization, or related roles driving measurable improvements.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in IT or IT-driven initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution to optimize ROI and evaluate business cases.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to identify improvements.
• Oversee OpEx/CapEx budgets, resource planning, and technology investments.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop action plans and support service management initiatives.
• Champion emerging technologies and drive IT modernization initiatives.
• Develop organizational documentation including SOPs and process flows.
