Ekho in New York City is seeking an Operations Associate to manage vehicle documentation, titling, registration, insurance, and financing, while improving internal workflows. You will collaborate with DMV offices, lending partners, and licensure teams to ensure compliant, smooth transactions and contribute to expanding Ekho's licensure toolbox.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in operating roles involving process automation, compliance research, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for DMV, licensure, and lending inquiries.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
• AI fluency with comfort creating and utilizing AI skills and workflows.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of vehicle documentation, including titling, registration, insurance, and financing.
• Research compliance requirements and translate them into Ekho product workflows.
• Collaborate with DMV offices and lending partners to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance related to vehicle sales.
• Lead applications for new licensure Ekho pursues.
