Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc in Arkansas is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams in a remote capacity. The role offers 30-40 hours per week at $28/hr.

You will own employee reviews, build and manage schedules, review reports for gaps, hold Team Leaders accountable, drive corrective action when targets are missed, ensure progress, and improve structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
