Job summary

ABCO Maintenance Inc seeks an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. This remote role covers 30-40 hours per week with a pay rate of $28/hr.

The ideal candidate will supervise through Team Leaders, build schedules, review performance reports, and drive corrective actions while ensuring timely progress and accountability in a dynamic environment.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
