Job summary
Amgen is seeking an Associate Director, Product Operations - Measurement & Reporting to lead enterprise measurement and reporting for the Digital Product Operating Model. You will shape strategy, standards, and dashboards that connect DPOM adoption to leadership insights and product outcomes.

Qualifications
- Doctorate or equivalent in Digital Product, Product Management, or related field with significant leadership experience.
- Advanced degree and 7+ years of product operations, analytics, or transformation in enterprise settings.
- Proven ability to shape measurement strategies, dashboards, and executive readouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise measurement strategy for DPOM adoption, product maturity, team health, and artifact quality across teams.
- Define standards and indicators to assess adoption, maturity, and value realization across product teams.
- Own DPOM dashboards, scorecards, and leadership readouts for executive cadences (MBR/QBR).
- Guide cross-functional partners to build scalable, trusted reporting solutions and leadership narratives.
- Coach product managers and enablement teams on measurement, maturity, and artifact quality.
