Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption and value realization. You will partner with Business Owners, EDSE Platform, Engineering, Governance, Architecture, and PMO to shape roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, delivering measurable business value.

The role requires deep data engineering and analytics delivery know‑how, with experience using Databricks, AWS, and Power BI to build scalable solutions and governance

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s with relevant experience in Data Engineering, Information Systems, or Analytics.
Experience leading cross‑functional data initiatives from discovery to production delivery.
Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with Business Owners and translate priorities into product visions and roadmaps.
Define adoption and value metrics for initiatives and manage delivery plans.
Lead reusable data products and scalable enterprise data usage.
