Job summary

Dufry Careers in Bethesda is seeking a Manager of Food & Beverage Analytics to perform F&B analysis within the Operations Performance Management program and provide ad-hoc analyses for leadership.

The role leads F&B analytics projects, collaborates with finance, systems, and supply chain, and requires 5+ years’ business analysis experience, a related degree, and strong Excel/PowerBI/Tableau skills. Regular hybrid work at Bethesda with travel to NJ Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of business analysis experience in technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree can count for 3 of the five years; MBA/related master’s adds 2 years.
• Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• Specialized training in business analysis and cross-functional performance measures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director–Business Analytics in data governance and maintain store/menu attributes for analytics.
• Lead F&B analytics projects, report progress and document materials.
• Perform F&B analysis per Operations Performance Management program and ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare and present results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
