Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to eight years business and/or data analysis experience.
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery.
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos, MS PowerBI, SQL, and VBA a plus.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to coordinate work across management levels.
• Ability to multitask across assignments and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine analytical best practices and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of key operational dashboards and data sources.
• Analyze operational performance using financial and productivity data.
• Interpret results using statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Provide recommendations on strategies and continuity based on research results.
• Design and maintain business solutions to improve performance.
• Lead operational process improvement projects and publish standard reports.
