Job summary

Vitae is seeking a healthcare analytics professional to develop and maintain value-based care dashboards and reports. You will translate CMS and claims data into population health insights and present findings to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with clinical partners and manage vendor relationships, ensuring data quality and impactful decision support for operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics or related quantitative role.
• Experience with complex healthcare claims or CMS data (CCLF, quality files, attribution).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VBC reporting and dashboards on total cost of care, utilization, quality performance, attribution, and shared savings.
• Produce ad hoc analysis for VBC and clinical leadership to support decisions.
• Translate clinical and claims data into population health insight.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Evaluate data quality and manage vendor/platform relationships for analytics services.
