Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance evaluation across Utilization Management programs.
• Build and maintain staffing models for UM programs.
• Lead development and/or collaboration on analytical tools and dashboards to provide insights and potential savings.
• Primary point of contact for performance management of UM programs.
