Covista is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Performance Acceleration team to develop reporting around operational KPIs and support executive reviews. You will collaborate with the technology team to improve dashboards and surface insights from data across the organization's institutions.

The role emphasizes business analytics, cross-functional communication, and delivering actionable insights to improve reporting products over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in statistics, data science, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics and report development experience.
• Experience with Power BI; reporting with SQL/Excel; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement reports/dashboards for executive leaders across institutions.
• Lead day-to-day development and delivery of reports and features enhancements.
• Provide analytics and reporting on operational projects for segments.
