Job summary

GLS is seeking a People Supervisor - Operations to lead and mentor a team, delivering training, coaching, and performance feedback. You will monitor processes, analyze reports, and work with other business units to improve operations while maintaining high service levels.

You will establish SOPs, manage daily staff scheduling, handle escalated issues, and participate in staffing decisions, promotions, and salary recommendations within an exempt, Monday–Friday structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on empowerment.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality training, guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Evaluate processes, analyze reports, and address performance issues.
• Develop relationships with other business units.
• Support development/maintenance of operating procedures.
• Set daily staff schedules to meet business needs.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve escalated complaints.
• Make staffing, performance, promotions, and salary recommendations.
