Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage a team delivering quality service to customers through daily supervision and coaching. You will motivate, recognize, train and guide staff to meet performance goals across multiple locations.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive efficiency in processes while maintaining a high-quality work environment. Office-based with standard hours.

• Manage employees and ensure efficient, effective work.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure training and resources are available for staff.
• Maintain a high-quality work environment.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and reward programs.
• Lead special projects for area or process improvements.
• Support DocuSign documentation and training.
• Prepare operational plans and project status reports.
• Uphold the company mission and values.
• Other duties as assigned.
