Responsibilities

• Provide quality training, guidance, performance coaching, and feedback to assigned staff.

• Set departmental goals and daily work schedule.
• Accept incoming calls and resolve escalated complaints.
• Exercise management authority on staffing, evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
